Phipps Conservatory Wedding

Fanny and Dante had a sweet, intimate Phipps Conservatory wedding last August. Family and friends came together from around Pittsburgh and New York City, where Fanny is from. The two of them met at Coney Island a few years back and are starting their next chapter together here in Pittsburgh!

Fanny’s traditional Chinese wedding dress was breathtaking. It was the perfect pop of color against all the green of Phipps and was just stunning on her. Dante wore a red and gold bowtie to match, a personal touch I loved.

They had their first look in the Desert Room which is arguably the most beautiful room in Phipps. I love of the different green tones and textures. I could spend an hour photographing in that space alone. Their ceremony site was the Phipps Conservatory Palm Court and was officiated by a close friend. For portraits we hit a few iconic spots in Oakland like the Carnegie Library and Mary Schenley Memorial Fountain. Both 100+ year old structures that are totally timeless.

Dinner at Lucca Ristorante finished out an absolutely perfect day.
