Their love story started in Pittsburgh where these two first crossed paths. When Madisen’s sister gave her maid of honor speech, she said Maddie knew Zach was the one from their first date. That first date set the stage for a life of laughter, care, travel, and parenting the best pups.

And before I go on, let me just say how much I adore these two! For their trust and kindness throughout the years that I’ve known them.

Their wedding at Kurtz Orchards was a true reflection of who they are: natural, adventurous, and kindhearted.

Nestled right in Canada’s wine country, Niagara-on-the-lake, Kurtz Orchards was a gorgeous setting for their day. Giant tree lined paths, mature orchards and twinkling lights really set a mood that was romantic, but also welcoming. Each space on the property had a different magic to it. What makes this wedding especially meaningful is how it brought so many people together. Though they began in Pittsburgh and are currently building a life together in the Bay Area, their wedding brought together friends and family from near and far. Some of us are really hoping they make it back to Pittsburgh soon.
